The new BittBoy GBN has 400 built-in NES games and a Game Boy Advance design style

The BittBoy's GBA styling is cosmetic-only as it's games are NES/Famicom titles.
Last Fall I came across the BittBoy handheld game console and liked it's small size and design. I bought two - one for me and one for my son. Fitting neatly in a shirt pocket with 300 NES games, we both liked this initial version. The authenticity of the included games is sketchy at best, but aside from neither version of Rad Racer playing properly, hacked ROMs can be fun.

One year later and it's back with a BittBoy GBN version sporting 400 built-in games, a larger 2.8" TFT screen, and a new GBA-inspired design. It's a little bit larger than the former Gameboy-design, with dimensions of 4.6 x 0.6 x 2.7 inches. The BittBoy GBN still connects to the TV and comes with A/V and USB cables.

Being a somewhat impulsive shopper, I jumped on it last year only to watch the price fall as Christmas drew nearer. This year I'll wait a bit and see how the pricing goes in the next month or so. We loved the last model and are curious to try this fun-looking new design and see what games it contains!
